Our primary purchase mortgage lender is Neighborhood Housing Services of America (NHSA), part of the non-profit NeighborWorks America. NHSA is a lending resource to over 230 non-profit organizations nationwide. NHSA provides services in areas that are underserved by conventional home mortgage lenders. Programs and loan underwriting, as noted below, are focused on the needs and financial profiles of very low, low and moderate income borrowers:

  True 30-year fixed-rate mortgages
